Upon successful payment, the system will automatically and instantly credit the corresponding amount of virtual currency to your account balance. No physical shipping is required.
1.2 Delivery Time Typically, virtual currency is credited within 1-5 minutes after transaction confirmation. If there is a delay due to network latency or processing times by third-party payment channels (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay), please wait patiently or try refreshing your account.
1.3 Delivery Failure Handling If the virtual currency is not credited within 24 hours after a successful deduction, users have the right to contact the LiveUp Customer Support team. We will require you to provide a transaction ID or a screenshot of the receipt. Once verified, we will manually credit the corresponding amount to your account.
2.1 Final Sale Principle Given the special nature of virtual currency and virtual gifts (instant consumption), all top-ups and spending are considered final sales and are generally non-refundable, unless otherwise required by law or due to platform technical failures. Users should carefully verify the top-up amount before purchasing.
2.2 Exceptions LiveUp may consider refund requests at its discretion under the following specific circumstances:
Technical Errors: Duplicate charges caused by platform system failures, or significant discrepancies between the deducted amount and the credited amount.
Unauthorized Minors: If verified that the transaction was made by a minor without guardian consent, we will process it in accordance with relevant laws and regulations (which may result in account suspension).
2.3 Third-Party Platform Rules If you topped up via the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, the refund policy is subject to the terms of the respective app stores. You may need to initiate a refund appeal directly with Apple or Google.
